• Full registration fee covers :(Member/Nonmember/Student Author only) publication fee+ meeting sessions on May 19-21, 2023 + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on May 20, 2023 + conference kits.

• If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 50 USD/ page. 

• Accepted and registered papers will be published in the digital conference proceeding.

Registration Instructions

Authors are encouraged to register after their manuscripts be accepted. 

Listeners please download the listener registration form and send it to mail@coeeb.org, please attach your payment proof as well, the conference committee will provide confirmation after receiving your registration and fees.  

At least one author will register for each accepted paper and present the paper at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. (Co-authors and accompanying persons can register as Listeners.) 

每篇论文至少一名作者注册，且至少一名作者做报告，否则论文将不予收录至会议论文集。（其他作者或陪同人员可注册为听众。）

The registration will be confirmed after registration fee being received in full and registration form being submitted to the official email address.

参会者全额缴纳注册费并提交会议注册表后方可确认注册成功。

Authors can attach a plagiarism report (by iThenticate) when submitting a paper to the conference. The paper will go through plagiarism detection throughout the publication process. If plagiarism is detected, the paper will be rejected and no refund request will be accepted.

参会者可在投稿前自行查重（推荐使用iThenticate）。论文在出版前会进行查重，若发现抄袭且情况属实，文章将被退稿。任何会议注册费用将不予退还。

For on-site conference, participants should confirm the form, date, venue and transportation information with the conference organizer before making a travel plan. Usually, the organizer will not book rooms for attendants. Please make advance reservation if physical attendance is confirmed.

线下会议的参会者需提前向主办方确认举办形式、时间、会址、交通等信息，并自行预订住宿。（疫情期间，安排行程前请与主办方确认办会形式。）

Registration Policy

1, All dates refer to PST/PDT time, i.e.Pacific Time Zone.

2, Our payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur a few exchange commission fee which is charged by payers bank, it should be borne by payers.

3, The payment can be made via Credit card (Visa/Master). Please make sure your VISA or Mastered Card is available before clicking the link for payment (the link can be found in the registration form), and you should also calculate the right amount and pay.

4, For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable.

5, Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to mail@coeeb.org no later than January 20, 2023. After this date, no refund can be made. For each refunded registration, a $100 cancellation fee will be debited from the refund. 

Cancellation policy

If a registrant is unable to attend CoEEB 2023, they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer, someone else to attend the conference, or transfer their participation to another conference in IAEEEE conference portfolio. If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply.

Up to 90 days prior to the conference date:

70% refund of the registration fees paid

Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date:

60% refund of the registration fees paid

Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date:

50% refund of the registration fees paid

Less than 30 days prior to the conference date:

No refund

Please note: The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to  mail@coeeb.org

若参会者无法出席，可提前与主办方协调，由他人代替出席，或将参会资格转移至IAEEEE其他同系列会议。如无法采取上述解决方案，请参照以下退费条款：

会议开始日期前90天内: 退回已付注册费的70%；

会议开始日期前60天至90天: 退回已付注册费的60%；

会议开始前30至60天: 退回已付注册费的50%；

会议开始前不足30天: 不予退费。

注意：

*取消参会和发起退款需通过电子邮件提交正式申请至邮箱 mail@coeeb.org。

*如最终缺席会议，主办方将不予退款。

Disclaimers

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer’s control. 

会议主办方有权因不可抗力因素更改会议时间、地点及举办方式。如果会议举办受到 “不可抗力”的影响，会议主办方将不承担任何退款或赔偿责任。此类情况包括但不限于自然灾害、动乱、恐怖活动、战争、疫情和所有不受主办方控制的类似事件。

If the on-site conference cannot take place due to force majeures, participants will be invited to attend the conference virtually or transfer their participation to other on-site conference organized by IAEEEE (within 15 months).

若因不可抗力影响，会议无法线下召开，参会者可选择线上参会或将参会资格转至其它IAEEEE线下会议（15个月以内）。

Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.

检索结果以检索机构最终结果为准，会议主办方无法保证任何论文包含在任何特定数据库中。

Submission and registration must be managed using the officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on this website. Regular consultation can be carried out through WeChat (published on the website). Registration process notification will be sent through mail@coeeb.org. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third party.
